Raydar, a fast-growing software company, seeks an experienced Senior Applied AI Engineer to prototype and test generative AI within business software. You will own projects from concept to delivery, designing automated, scalable systems that improve model outputs and align with a product vision.

You will explore video synthesis, image assets, and brand-consistent visuals, balancing experimentation with real customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and growing server-side systems or sophisticated AI products.
• Fast advancement toward lead or staff-level engineering responsibilities.
• Experience at fast-moving tech companies with strong peers.
• Stable job history with roles typically lasting ~1.5 years or longer.
• Strong skills in system architecture or probabilistic modeling.
• Good product instincts and an experimental approach to LLM-based applications.
• Curiosity and drive; prior hands-on work with LLMs not required.

Responsibilities

• Build quick proofs of concept to test AI in data-driven workflows.
• Design automated systems that evaluate and improve model output with minimal manual input.
• Explore methods for lifelike AI-generated video and assets while maintaining identity consistency.
• Tie experimental work to practical customer and product uses; deliver end-to-end projects.
