Job summary

Camping World is seeking an AI Engineer for the Good Sam Analytics platform in Chicago, IL (Hybrid). You will design and build agent architecture, implement LLM pipelines, and validate outputs while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to scope and ship new agents.

You will join a small, tightly-scoped squad shipping production-quality agents, bridging Snowflake, internal APIs, and data warehouses with governance, cost controls, and CI/CD discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software engineering with strong Python backend
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and evaluation rigor
• Experience with agent orchestration patterns/frameworks
• SQL and data warehouse proficiency; Snowflake preferred
• Direct experience directing AI coding assistants to production code
• API design, integration patterns, and data modeling
• Familiarity with LLM eval concepts and eval harness
• Git and CI/CD experience
• Comfort in iterative delivery with rigor

Responsibilities

• Build and extend agent-serving architecture with hierarchical orchestrator
• Bridge internal systems to agents securely via MCP or patterns
• Design multi-agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain with verifiers
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation for knowledge bases
• Use Claude Code and similar AI tools to generate/validate production code
• Translate requirements into precise structured specs and prompts
• Create golden question sets to catch regressions in CI
• Maintain judgement on when to intervene in AI-generated code
• Apply governance with audit logging and cost controls
