Job summary

IT Labs is seeking a Senior Agent Engineer to lead four squads in building autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks for an enterprise-scale transformation. The role emphasizes LLM integration, cloud deployment (AWS), and robust monitoring and auditability.

The candidate will drive standardized architectures, mentor teams, and collaborate across functions. Remote work within the EU is supported, with a strong emphasis on English communication and enterprise-grade reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or AI/ML experience.
• Experience with AI agent architectures and production deployments.
• Hands-on with AI agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong skills integrating LLMs with APIs and data sources.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and context management.
• Experience deploying solutions on public cloud (AWS preferred).
• Excellent documentation, evaluation, and monitoring skills.
• Must be located in an EU member country and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop production-grade autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead four squads to ensure standardized, reusable architectures.
• Integrate LLMs with external APIs, toolkits, and data sources for dynamic workflows.
• Optimize prompt engineering, context management, and long-running workflows.
• Develop monitoring and logging to trace decisions and LLM outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to set technical direction and ensure delivery.
