Job summary

Luxoft is launching a state-of-the-art solution to generate investment insights using agentic AI. This role will lead the architecture of production-grade LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows, interfacing with business stakeholders to translate goals into scalable design.

You will own AWS-based infrastructure (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, Neptune), implement IaC, and mentor a Python/TypeScript team, delivering enterprise-grade AI in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js/React, serverless).
• Hands-on experience building complex, stateful agentic workflows using LangGraph or LangCha.
• Proven track record architecting, provisioning, and managing production infrastructure on AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS).
• Experience defining cloud architecture programmatically using IaC tools like AWS CDK or Terraform (Python/TypeScript preferred).
• Experience managing relational databases (Aurora) alongside graph or vector backends (Neptune).
• Power-user fluency with advanced command-line AI interfaces (Claude Code CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI) with prompt engineering knowledge.
• Seasoned technical leader with proven teams leadership and delivery of AI solutions.
• Experience operating in an agile setting, deploying AI/LLM apps in live enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication to mentor engineers and defuse friction.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of production-grade LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and autonomous coding workflows.
• Oversee development of enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, semantic chunking strategies, and vector database integration.
• Implement strict evaluation and observability frameworks to monitor production latency, API costs, system drift, and model accuracy.
• Drive design, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable cloud systems on AWS leveraging ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, and Neptune.
• Own end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle by embedding IaC and deployment pipelines within the development workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a specialized team of Python and TypeScript engineers.
• Drive delivery using agile methodologies, balancing rapid prototyping with enterprise-grade stability, security, and compliance.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering to translate strategic goals into technical reality.
