SB Energy in USA is seeking a Senior AI Engineer – LLM / Agents to lead the architectural design, evaluation, and production readiness of AI-powered workflows across multiple enterprise domains. You will define standards for prompts, tools, and observability, and drive scalable, auditable agent systems.

The role requires deep expertise in LLM workflows, tool calling, and production-quality AI platforms, with a focus on security, cost, and reliability. Remote or hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred in CS/AI/DS/SE or related field.
• Experience designing or governing agentic AI systems and production AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture for SB Energy agent workflows.
• Establish reusable workflow patterns for planning, tool calling, data retrieval, and production support.
• Create standards for skill design, prompts, tool descriptions, and API responses.
• Define token and context management practices for complex workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks with gold datasets, regression tests, and rubrics.
• Lead observability design for agents, tools, and cost metrics.
