Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Indiana is seeking an experienced backend developer to design, build, and maintain a multi-tier AI agent platform that connects LLMs to real-world enterprise systems such as CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow. You will bridge raw LLM capabilities to production business workflows.

You will work on Python backend services (FastAPI/Flask), orchestrate LLMs, and contribute to frontend basics for service calls, with cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a multi-tier AI agent platform that connects LLMs to real-world enterprise systems (CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SFMC etc.).
• Bridge the gap between raw LLM capabilities and production business workflows — translating business intent into reliable, scalable agent infrastructure.
• Python backend development — FastAPI + Flask, async patterns, Pydantic models.
• LLM orchestration — prompt engineering, session/context management, multi-agent patterns, tool use.
• React/frontend basics — read, debug, and wire service calls.
