Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI enablement across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, prompt design, and adoption measurement.
• Proven instructional design capabilities including needs analysis and curriculum architecture.
