Job summary

Millennium Software is seeking a Training & Change Enablement Designer — AI Adoption for their client. This onsite Detroit role requires designing and delivering comprehensive training and change programs, with hands-on use of AI-enabled productivity tools.

You will facilitate sessions, drive stakeholder engagement, and create scalable learning assets to support widespread adoption in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background designing and delivering training and change enablement programs for large, complex organizations.
• Practical, hands-on experience with modern AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of responsible/ethical AI use principles and applying them in a workplace training context.
• Solid instructional design skills: needs analysis, audience segmentation, curriculum design, learning objectives, and blended learning approaches.
• Proven live facilitation experience with diverse audiences.
• Experience applying change management principles: stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, resistance management, and reinforcement planning.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into plain-language guidance.
• Experience building scalable, reusable learning and change assets for use by multiple facilitators or teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-evolving technology and policy environment.
