Job summary

Net at Work seeks an experienced AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator to design and deliver AI training, executive briefings, workshops, and hands-on sessions that help organizations adopt AI tools within their workflows. This client-facing role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology training, client enablement, learning and development, consulting, instructional design, change management, digital adoption, or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI training, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate AI use-case discovery and hands-on working sessions.
• Help clients identify practical AI opportunities that improve productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.
• Translate business needs into AI workflows, prompts, job aids, and training materials.
• Customize training for executives, managers, functional teams, and end users.
• Educate clients on responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and human oversight.
• Partner with consulting, technical, governance, sales, and project teams to support client AI initiatives.
• Track adoption and business outcomes and recommend follow-up coaching or support.
