The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Quality, and IT, plus the development of AI-supported workflows and content templates to streamline updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing technical documentation for industrial equipment, automation systems, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Clear, Accurate, and Usable Technical Documentation for operator manuals, maintenance guides, troubleshooting, and system overviews.
• Leverage AI to improve documentation quality and efficiency with AI-enabled drafting, templates, and workflows.
• Champion knowledge management and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Quality, and IT to improve content.
