Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in applied AI/ML engineering, or software engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to take an AI/ML solution from concept to production independently, including data pipelines, deployment, evaluation, and operationalization.
• Experience shipping an LLM or agentic system used by real users with ongoing evaluation and operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead lighthouse use cases end-to-end from framing to production deployment and ownership transition.
• Design scalable AI system architectures with performance, reliability, security, and supportability.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, tooling, and patterns to scale future use cases.
• Partner across organization to translate requirements into AI products and drive adoption.
• Provide technical leadership, guide architecture reviews, and mentor engineers.
