Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy advanced machine learning models across products and systems. You will translate research into scalable solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business goals.

You will lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in model development, validation, and production readiness. A strong foundation in ML, Python, and modern frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or closely related quantitative discipline.
• Typically, 7-10 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and stay up to date with AI and ML advancements and experiment with cutting‑edge techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design AI/ML solutions and architecture for scalability.
• Develop, implement, and optimize ML models including data prep, feature engineering, training, and evaluation.
• Deploy ML models to production considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Monitor deployed models and refine algorithms based on data-driven insights.
• Lead design reviews, mentor juniors, and set engineering standards.
