Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an AI/ML Engineer (Technical Lead) to join the Office of the CTO and HPE Labs. This hands-on senior role will own high-impact lighthouse AI use cases from concept through production, shaping technical direction and scalable architectures.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across business units, product, data, security, and labs, and help establish patterns and governance for responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in applied AI/ML or software engineering.
• Ability to take AI/ML solutions from concept to production, including data pipelines and deployment.
• Experience shipping an LLM or agentic system used by real users.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions at scale.
• Strong foundation in ML/DL, NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and MLOps with production lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead lighthouse AI use cases end-to-end from concept to production.
• Design scalable AI architectures with guardrails, monitoring, and metrics.
• Create reusable patterns and reference architectures for future use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, data, security, and labs to drive adoption.
