Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in applied AI/ML or software engineering, with hands‑on delivery to production.
- Ability to take AI/ML solutions from concept to production lifecycle, including data pipelines, deployment and evaluation.
- Experience shipping an LLM or agentic system with ownership of evaluation, reliability and operation.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong depth across AI/ML topics including LLMs, generative AI, and MLOps with practical lifecycle management.
- Solid systems and software engineering fundamentals; comfortable with cloud‑native or hybrid deployments.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, and privacy by design principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE/Data Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead lighthouse AI use cases end‑to‑end from problem framing to production deployment.
- Design scalable AI architectures with guardrails, monitoring, and documentation.
- Create reusable patterns and reference architectures to scale the team.
- Partner with stakeholders across units to translate requirements into AI products and improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, reviews, and mentorship across teams.
- Contribute to team processes and governance to improve delivery.
