Job summary

Bayview Asset Management, LLC is building an AI Enablement function and seeks a Project Manager (AI) to lead high-impact engagements from discovery through adoption. You will partner with business leaders, prioritize opportunities, and drive scalable AI solutions across units.

Responsibilities include shaping the AI pipeline, translating strategy to implementation, and building no-code/low-code automations with IT partnership. Hybrid in-office/work-from-home model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/business or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred, in a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on with GenAI platforms including prompts, agents, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic AI enablement engagements with business units.
• Shape the AI opportunity pipeline based on value and feasibility.
• Translate strategy into practical AI solutions from discovery to adoption.
• Develop agents, enterprise skills, and no-code automations.
• Establish enablement standards, templates, and best practices.
• Partner with IT and technical teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Drive enterprise adoption with training, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Advise business leaders on AI capabilities and opportunities.
• Measure impact and inform future AI investments.
• Support responsible AI adoption with data protection and governance.
