Job summary
Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking a Manager of Business Operations & AI Enablement to lead AI, automation, data, and technology initiatives that strengthen operational performance and growth. You will support forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, staffing, and insights while aligning resources with strategic priorities.
In this firmwide role, you will partner with market leaders to standardize processes, improve tool usage, and drive efficiency across consulting teams.
Qualifications
- Experience using AI and automation to improve business processes and operations.
- Experience developing AI agents, automated workflows, or multi-step business-process solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
- Experience with CRM data hygiene and HubSpot adoption.
- Analytical skills with forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, or reporting.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI, automation, data, and technology solutions that improve operations, reporting, and firm performance.
- Assist with forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses that provide leadership with timely, actionable business insights.
- Advocate for consultants by supporting staffing, development, hiring, onboarding, and accurate talent information.
- Partner with market leaders to strengthen operational consistency, address risks, and support strategic priorities.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and ad hoc analyses that translate operational data into clear insights for leadership.
- Own HubSpot data quality and governance.
- Identify cross-practice AI, data, and technology initiatives that solve business challenges and improve firm performance.
