Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to build and support AI-powered tools and workflows for DC Operations. You will translate field needs into practical solutions, document resources, and provide day-to-day enablement support.

This individual contributor role combines hands-on tool building, workflow coordination, documentation, and training. You will collaborate with field teams, maintain tooling inventories, and help scale successful field-built solutions into reusable Canvas

Qualifications

Experience building or supporting AI-powered tools or automations used by others to complete work.
Experience in DC Operations or similar operational environment.
Ability to translate clearly defined problems into practical solutions.
Experience writing prompts and configuring skills, agents, automations, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Build and support assigned AI tools, prompts, skills, agents, automations, and workflows.
Collaborate with field technicians and managers to gather requirements and translate problems into solutions.
Maintain intake and tracking for new solution ideas and document requests.
Review resources to identify existing solutions and prevent duplication.
Help evaluate opportunities based on operational value and adoption potential.
Develop, test, document, launch, and maintain solutions with guidance.
