Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring an AI Enablement Specialist to build and support AI-powered tools and workflows for DC Operations. You will collaborate with field teams to turn operational problems into practical tools and turn successful field-built solutions into documented resources.

This individual contributor role combines hands-on development, workflow coordination, and user enablement, operating within evolving standards and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience building or supporting AI-powered tools.
• Experience working in DC Operations or similar operational environment.
• Ability to translate a clearly defined problem into a practical solution.
• Experience writing prompts and configuring skills, agents, or automations.
• Ability to test work, gather feedback, and document usage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Foundational project management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and support assigned tools, prompts, skills, agents, automations, and workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with field technicians and managers to gather requirements and translate problems into solutions.
• Maintain intake and tracking of new solution ideas with documentation and status updates.
• Review resources across Slack, Glean, Asana, Google Drive, and Canvas to identify existing solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities based on operational value, effort, and adoption potential.
• Develop, test, document, launch, and maintain assigned solutions with guidance from Enablement teams.
• Help convert field-built tools into Canvas assets with clear ownership.
• Facilitate learning sessions and provide day-to-day support for approved tools.
