Job summary

Socure is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across engineering by turning standards, tooling patterns, and proven workflows into repeatable day-to-day practice. You will join a hands-on team focused on driving a standardized AI Development Lifecycle across the organization.

You will partner with platform, engineering, and operations leaders to codify standards, create lightweight enablement assets, and build dashboards that track adoption and impact over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developer productivity, developer experience, technical enablement, engineering communications, or technical program leadership.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, code review, testing, developer tooling, and adoption of engineering standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate complex ideas into practical guidance.
• Experience building feedback loops and enablement programs that change engineering behavior at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption and standardization across engineering, partnering with leaders and teams to embed AI into default engineering practices.
• Evangelize AI tooling patterns and best practices defined by engineering leaders and working groups.
• Create lightweight enablement content and playbooks that engineers can quickly adopt in their daily work.
• Measure adoption through dashboards and metrics, and tell data-driven progress stories to leadership.
• Support onboarding and targeted learning, helping engineers ramp with approved AI tools and workflows.
