The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong privacy knowledge (FERPA, GDPR, CCPA), and experience coordinating contracts and vendor governance with Legal, Procurement, Security, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, program management, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in program management, operations, governance, or cross-functional technology delivery.
• Experience managing enterprise operational programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of FERPA, GDPR, CCPA and other privacy regulations.
• Experience coordinating contracts, DPAs, MSAs, or vendor governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Security, Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Ability to move quickly without compromising rigor.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication skills including status reporting and updates.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of enterprise AI initiatives, pilots, vendor onboarding, and governance.
• Coordinate AI vendor risk assessments for tools, platforms, and integrations.
• Oversee third-party AI intake process, including security, privacy, and contracts.
• Develop criteria for AI vendor approvals and connector decisions.
• Partner with Procurement on AI contracts, DPAs, and commercial terms.
• Maintain AI vendor list and periodic reassessment cadence.
• Create governance artifacts: intake workflows, decision logs, action tracking, status reports, exec updates.
• Coordinate with AI Enablement, Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness across AI initiatives.
• Support scaling of AI enablement: onboarding, documentation, communications, and process standardization.
