The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leading AI programs, strong program management and exceptional communication skills with VP and executive audiences.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience and recent leading AI programs.
Strong program management skills launching AI initiatives.
Strong communication with VP/executive stakeholders.
Ability to assess AI impact on business and adapt to changes.
Enthusiasm for AI tools without requiring a technical background.
Preferred: experience with Cursor, Copilot, CoWork, Claude Cowork.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations for the Sales AI Lab and keep delivery moving forward.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Global Tech, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Brand, Legal, AI Governance, Enterprise AI, and related teams.
Communicate regularly with VP-level and executive stakeholders to maintain alignment and visibility.
Read and react to shifts in AI and business dynamics while supporting the evolving program agenda.
