Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Manager, AI Enablement to implement the AI strategy by establishing governance and delivery practices that enable AI adoption across the organization. This on-site role in Springfield, MO collaborates with technology, security, Legal, risk, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and coordinate AI implementations.

The position develops a global AI Enablement team responsible for scalable AI capabilities, innovation support, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to lead technical teams in dynamic environments.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, governance, and security.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance framework with Legal, GRC and Security partners.
Oversee centralized AI intake and portfolio management across the organization.
Drive a federated model for AI adoption with approved platforms and patterns.
Provide governance, reporting, and cost visibility for AI usage and value realization.
Define common AI platform patterns and evaluation requirements with stakeholders.
Lead repeatable enablement patterns for enterprise AI platforms and services.
