Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Senior AI Enablement Product Manager on the Adoption & Experience team to own the AI enablement program across GenAI tools. You will shape curriculum, learning paths, and rollout communications for both technical and non-technical employees, treating enablement as a product with roadmap, backlog, and metrics.

Collaborate with HR Learning & Development and partner organizations, measure adoption, drive continuous improvement, and ensure content stays current as AI tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required).
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required).
• 3+ years experience in hands on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale environment. (Required).
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required).

Responsibilities

• Own the AI enablement product end to end: vision, roadmap, and backlog for training and communications across GenAI tools.
• Design and maintain curriculum and learning paths for technical and non-technical employees.
• Plan and run rollout communications for AI tool launches and updates, coordinating across orgs.
• Operate the champion network program: recruitment, activation, content, and feedback to enablement roadmap.
• Measure adoption and enablement effectiveness through usage reporting and feedback; drive content improvements.
• Handle other duties/projects as assigned by management.
