Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Manager, AI Enablement to surface AI opportunities, frame business problems, and inform C-suite discussions. This role spans every function, translating approved-build opportunities to the AI Product and Delivery team with a clear problem statement and sources.

The position is on site in Hunt Valley, MD. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years in a large organization, and strong writing, project management, and Excel/data skills to drive measurable

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Identify and frame operational problems across departments.
• Surface AI opportunities and support the decision process.
• Translate opportunities into clear briefs for delivery teams.
• Maintain momentum and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with AI Product and Delivery during handoffs.
• Partner with leaders to shape opportunity evaluation and design.
