Sphera is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Program Lead to deliver an enterprise-wide AI training initiative, design curricula, and run live sessions for diverse audiences. You will build an AI Champion Network and drive adoption across functions and regions.

You’ll partner with HR and L&D to embed AI proficiency in the employee lifecycle, set adoption targets, track engagement, and report results to leaders. Strong program leadership and change-management experience are essential.

Aufgaben

• Deliver enterprise-wide AI training program across the business.
• Design and maintain AI learning curriculum across proficiency levels.
• Run live enablement cadence: office hours, workshops and labs, monthly showcases.
• Build and lead the AI Champion Network across functions, regions, and levels.
• Co-own mandatory learning and policy acknowledgement with HR and L&D.
• Own adoption metrics and reporting for function leaders and executives.
