Spencer's and Spirit is seeking a senior AI portfolio leader to drive strategy, ROI, and governance across an enterprise AI program. You will partner with department leaders and IT to maximize business value while maintaining responsible AI practices.

You will build an AI enablement network, define metrics, and report outcomes to executives, shaping adoption and impact across sales, operations, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, analytics, or transformation with AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and practical business applications.
• Experience translating tech capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to build business cases, define success metrics, and report ROI.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own AI portfolio strategy and value realization, aligning with business priorities.
• Define metrics tying AI investments to dollars saved, hours returned, and growth.
• Lead ROI tracking across the portfolio and guide leadership decisions.
• Develop AI enablement programs and a network of AI Champions.
• Ensure responsible AI governance and alignment with policy and risk standards.
