Navan is seeking a highly AI-savvy Director, AI Enablement to drive an AI-first mindset across our workforce. You will build internal AI environments, communities, and educational frameworks to empower every department.

Your mandate is to cultivate a network of AI Champions, design effective training, and partner with business units to prototype and launch fast AI proof-of-concept solutions that scale across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience building internal AI environments and communities.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and GenAI platforms.
• Ability to design AI training programs for non-technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate an organization-wide network of AI Champions.
• Manage AI Environments as Products with adoption and guardrails.
• Lead AI Education & Support plans with workshops and resources.
• Guide business units in AI proof-of-concept POCs.
• Mentor champions to enable autonomous AI solution design.
• Stay ahead of AI tools and embed AI into operations.
