Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in AI training or enablement roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Proven ability to design and implement training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Deliver the AI enablement program through training formats suitable for all skill levels.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive AI learning curriculum tailored to specific functions.
• Run regular enablement sessions, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality.
• Build and lead an AI champion network to foster peer-led training and recognition.
• Transition program ownership from central leadership to champion-led initiatives for scalability.
• Partner with each department to co-design tailored enablement plans.
