Job summary

Crowe in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to own firmwide AI enablement strategy within the Studio unit. You will lead programs, learning content, and adoption analytics to drive responsible AI use across Crowe's business units and affiliates.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in technology enablement, learning and development, or AI transformation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical and senior leadership.
• Hands-on depth with enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and responsible use.
• Experience designing and delivering training at scale.
• 3+ years of experience owning metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap across internal units, international affiliates, and client programs.
• Design, deliver, and refresh the Learning Curriculum covering firm tools and AI platforms.
• Lead the AI Champion Community with office hours, sessions, and resource sharing.
• Own Enablement Content & Assets including guides, AI hub, and video pipelines.
• Own Adoption Analytics & Executive Reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead AI Governance & Responsible Use with governance, policy, and approvals.
• Evaluate Tools & Manage Vendor Relationships with technology partners.
• Shape Enablement Platforms for scalable, cross-unit reach.
• Manage Stakeholders & Advocate for responsible AI innovation.
• Lead & Develop Talent, mentoring junior enablement staff.
