Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in technology enablement or AI transformation.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for leadership.
• Track record designing training programs at scale.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Design and deliver a multi-level AI training curriculum.
• Run the firmwide AI Champion community.
• Produce adoption analytics and executive reporting.
• Maintain the firm’s AI governance framework.
