Job summary

BrassCraft Manufacturing Company is seeking an AI Workforce Enablement Specialist to lead practical AI adoption, enable employees, and streamline workflows in a hybrid model. You will design automations with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Fabric IQ integration, while partnering with IT, Security, and Compliance to ensure governance and responsible AI use.

The role reports to Human Resources and focuses on training, governance, and measurable productivity gains across functions in Novi,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
4+ years in automation engineering or related technical role with hands-on automation experience.
Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate/Power Apps or Copilot Studio.
Experience with Azure and Fabric IQ.
Experience supporting solutions through lifecycle stages with structured practices.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
Design and implement workflow automations with Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Develop AI-enabled use cases, prompts, templates, and enablement resources.
Integrate Microsoft 365 tools into cohesive business workflows.
Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI usage across solutions.
