Job summary

n8n GmbH is building the AI orchestration layer for its no-code/low-code platform with a focus on enabling teams across the company to create safe, scalable automations.

You will drive hands-on enablement, lead live build-along sessions, and run recurring programs to help both technical and non-technical teams identify automation opportunities and reuse existing solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration, experimentation, and scalable learning.

Qualifications

• Practitioner-level n8n fluency with real automations.
• Structured enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs.
• Experience helping non-technical teams understand and use technical tools.
• Ability to partner with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements.
• CET overlap with Central European working hours (Berlin)
• Fluent or near-native English communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly, role-specific workshops for less-technical functions.
• Lead hands-on sessions building live automations with teams.
• Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts to foster learning and problem solving.
• Identify automation opportunities and decide when to reuse, build, or involve the Automation team.
• Own monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end from planning to execution.
• Design and run hackathons and experimentation initiatives to explore new workflows.
• Turn learnings into reusable assets for other teams.
• Build visibility of internal wins and reusable solutions across functions.
• Identify and support champions, guiding the emerging Guild in automation knowledge spread.
• Serve as product owner for internal safe playgrounds with IT/Security alignment.
• Turn workshop outputs into templates and discoverable resources.
