Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for AI Initiatives, Go-To-Market Enablement.

This role leads global go-to-market and field enablement programs, shaping AI capabilities from concept to launch across the sales and customer success domains. You will collaborate with PMO, cross-functional partners, and product marketing, manage risks, track performance, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions while aligning with LinkedIn's Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience shipping a product, tool, or technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end; from defining the problem and shaping requirements with technical partners, through build, launch, and measured adoption in the field.
• Serve as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management practice: partner with teams to rethink how programs get planned, tracked, and reported, and influence the tooling and standards the program management team adopts to scale those patterns.
• Evaluate AI outputs critically and establish the quality bar for what ships by defining where human review is required, what “good enough” looks like, and how quality is measured once a capability is live.
• Ensure AI capabilities are built and deployed in line with LinkedIn’s Responsible AI principles, security standards, and approved tooling guidance.
