Amazon's Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team is hiring a Sr Program Manager to lead AI Enablement across our high-growth operational businesses. You will design and implement frameworks that democratize AI capabilities, enabling teams to build self-help tools and prototypes using their business knowledge.

Develop learning pathways and partnerships to scale AI across the organization. You will balance executive stakeholder management with hands-on program execution, building scalable enablement

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Translate the AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps and scalable playbooks.
Design programs that develop AI-capable problem solvers through role-based pathways.
Build and run an AI Champions network and office hours for varied proficiency.
Drive adoption of AI tools via internal communications and workshops.
Partner with Tech and stakeholders to scale prototypes into production.
Define KPIs for AI adoption and quantify productivity gains and ROI.
