Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enablement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end from problem to adoption.
• Lead AI-enabled program management practices across cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate AI outputs and define quality standards for live capabilities.
• Ensure deployments align with LinkedIn Responsible AI principles and tooling guidelines.
• Drive adoption of new AI capabilities and share best practices.
• Build and lead global cross-functional project teams to successful deployment.
• Develop strategic enablement plans, timelines, and dashboards.
• Communicate status, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers throughout delivery.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements, roadmaps, and learning journeys.
• Continuously iterate processes with product and marketing to define roles and decisions.
