Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or analytics with demonstrable AI use cases.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Hands-on with generative AI, prompt engineering, and automated workflows; practical fluency matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement projects from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Translate FP&A problems into clear solution requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with Digital Technology on architecture, data access, and production readiness.
• Build AI literacy across Enterprise FP&A through training and playbooks.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and audit trails for AI-driven outputs.
