Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (Senior) or 12+ years (Principal) with AI/ML focus.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in multiple agent frameworks and API design.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & design of integration layers and RAG pipelines.
• Develop production-grade agents and orchestration logic.
• Establish governance, security, and memory/context management standards.
• Own incident response and performance monitoring for agent systems.
