Job summary

VF is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Enablement for Enterprise FP&A to drive AI projects from requirements to deployment and adoption across brands and regions.

You will partner with the VP to translate FP&A challenges into AI-enabled solutions, teaching and guiding teams while delivering hands-on capability. In this role you will design prototypes, validate outputs, and build reusable components, ensuring governance and compliance with internal controls and data readiness across the finance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI enablement or enterprise FP&A.
• Bachelor degree required; strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI projects from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Translate FP&A problems into clear solution requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology on architecture, data access and security.
• Manage workstreams across planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Provide regular status updates, risks, and decisions; escalate issues promptly.
• Build prototypes, maintain prompt libraries, and document processes.
• Deliver governance with AI usage standards and data readiness.
