Job summary

Jabil seeks a Manager of FP&A - AI Enablement to lead AI strategy, testing, and scaling of intelligent automation across Finance. You will own AI use cases, partner with IT and finance, and drive governance, training, and adoption.

Responsibilities include designing AI-enabled close narratives, board-ready packs, and quarterly reviews, while ensuring SAP/Oracle/Workday integration and strong data security. This is an on-site role in Florida with a broad impact on financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems, or digital transformation.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or RPA tooling in a business context; familiar with ERP/planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and roadmap for FP&A, identifying high-impact use cases.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for monthly close narratives and board packs.
• Collaborate with IT, data science, and finance to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Establish governance, data security, and auditability for AI initiatives.
• Lead change management and training to maximize AI adoption in finance.
• Ensure integration with SAP, Oracle, Workday, and data lakes.
