Milbank LLP seeks an Associate Director, Legal AI Enablement & Support to develop enablement strategies by analyzing internal AI usage, needs, and barriers across practices and services. You will translate insights into practical tools and training to boost adoption.

Reporting to the Head of AI, Knowledge & Innovation, you’ll partner with IT and Professional Development to ensure responsible AI guidelines are followed and to drive firm-wide AI adoption with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor AI usage to map tools, purposes, and alignment with firm priorities.
• Identify gaps in awareness, access, usability, performance, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with technology teams on usage tracking and analytics; translate data into insights.
• Partner with Professional Development and IT on training and support needs.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with responsible AI guidelines.
• Build relationships across practices and business services to understand day-to-day AI use.
• Identify internal use cases to support broader solutions and communications.
