Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an AI Services Attorney to operationalize AI-powered solutions across matters, from client outreach to trial or deal closing. The role supports litigation and transactional teams with AI prompts and workflows, located in multiple U.S. hubs and offering hybrid in-office arrangements.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, 5+ years in a law firm, and admission to a U.S. state bar.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated AI support resource for litigation and transactional attorneys.
• Assist practice groups in adopting AI-enabled workflows and prompts.
• Collaborate across groups to identify opportunities for AI-driven support.
• Standardize and scale AI solutions with Innovation Attorneys and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to technology trainings and web content highlighting AI uses in litigation.
• Protect highly sensitive information and confidential materials.
