Job summary

ModMed is seeking an AI Enablement Partner to drive AI literacy across the enterprise. You will bridge AI capability and everyday utility, scaling programs like AI Hub, AI Spotlights, and AI Tool Workshops.

This senior role sits within Learning & Leadership Development, influencing enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and governance. You will own information curation, training delivery, and rubric integration, partnering with Compliance, Legal, and IT to ensure responsible AI use and business

Qualifications

Deep operational expertise within Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Workspace Studio) and developer-level familiarity with agentic frameworks and LLM capabilities.
Proven track record in program management and change management initiatives, guiding employees through technology adoption.
Ability to partner with IT, Compliance, Legal and people leaders to manage training, governance, and risk for enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own AI Enablement Hub as the central repository for approved tools, policies and compliance.
Scale AI Spotlight sessions and AI Tool Workshops; deliver just-in-time AI training on request.
Embed the AI Fluency rubric into training content and design high-impact workshops translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.
