This hands-on role focuses on evangelizing standards, creating lightweight enablement assets, and coordinating feedback from engineers to continuously improve playbooks, templates, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in developer productivity or enablement shows practical impact.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycles and tooling.
• Proven ability to create AI-assisted workflows and playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build reusable enablement content.
• Experience building feedback loops and adoption mechanisms.

Responsibilities
