Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking an Agentic Operations Engineer to join the AI Enablement team. This role embeds within a business unit to identify high-leverage problems and build AI solutions on the agentic operating system.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience transforming a process, department, or product, with measurable before-and-after results.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in production or business contexts.
• 1–3 years of software development or programming experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience, with track record of improving business processes.
• Experience operating across business, technology, and people disciplines.
• Track record of shipping early-stage, functional solutions and iterating based on feedback.
• Comfort embedding within an operating business unit, delivering results autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage business problems within an assigned business unit (P&L lines, bottlenecks, pain points).
• Build and ship working AI solutions on the agentic operating system against those problems, prototyping fast.
• Encode BU domain knowledge into structured skills and context files for AI agents or new hires.
• Drive adoption by demonstration—showcasing working demos to skeptical stakeholders.
• Publish measurable before-and-after outcomes from a personally-led transformation.
• Operate with resilience under resistance, maintaining momentum.
• Deliver measurable outcomes from transformations led by the individual.
