Job summary

ASG is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to help portfolio companies rethink operations using AI, spanning business problem-solving, solutions architecture, and AI engineering. You’ll partner with executives and technical leaders to discover high-value AI opportunities and deploy practical AI-powered solutions.

You will redesign workflows across onboarding, support, GTM, finance, and other operations, building agentic systems from discovery to production with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of architecting, building, and shipping production systems.
• Customer-facing experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or similar roles.
• Ability to engage with CTOs and senior leaders, ask insightful questions, and plan executables.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, data flows, orchestration, and AI approaches.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex business problems with OpCo executives and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Redesign and improve internal workflows across onboarding, support, finance, and operations.
• Architect and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems from discovery to production with clear ownership.
• Create AI-powered operational intelligence and observability across fragmented systems and data.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase capacity, and elevate customer experiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore AI-enabled customer and product opportunities.
