J.Jill is enabling practical AI across the business and partnering with teams to identify high-value AI opportunities. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, prompts, and integrations to accelerate value while maintaining governance and security considerations.

In this hands-on role, you will coach teams, measure outcomes, and drive scalable adoption across Brand, Customer Experience, Marketing, and e‑Commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with data, security, privacy, and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across functions to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions, including prompts and workflows.
• Lead governance with AI SteerCo and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach teams on AI adoption and share practical best practices.
