Job summary

viva is seeking an onsite Austin-based AI Enablement Engineer to build and maintain the AI Skills, Agents, and Templates Hub, and develop reusable AI skills, workflows, and starter templates. You will create onboarding materials and best practices to ensure consistent adoption across teams.

You will own intake, prioritization, and tracking of enablement requests, support AI coaches by packaging solutions into shared assets, and measure adoption while maintaining asset quality and coordinating

Qualifications

• Python expertise.
• GitHub experience.
• AWS is a plus.
• Experience with AI frameworks (example: Langchain).
• Working knowledge of MCPs.
• Experience with RAG and vector databases.
• Harness Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the AI Skills, Agents, and Templates Hub.
• Develop reusable AI skills, agents, workflows, and starter templates.
• Create onboarding materials, documentation, and best practices for consistent adoption.
• Own the intake, prioritization, and tracking of AI enablement requests.
• Support AI coaches by packaging and scaling successful team solutions into shared assets.
• Measure adoption, maintain asset quality, and coordinate releases.
