• Define success measures (time saved, errors reduced, adoption) and iterate on solutions.
• Serve as entry point for AI requests and prioritize impactful projects.
• Deliver onboarding and training to build proficiency with approved tools.
• Run day-to-day administration of AI platforms and maintain governance docs.
• Manage access, licenses, and ensure proper user provisioning.
