Job summary

Beazley Security is a global cybersecurity firm expanding its capabilities with AI agents and low-code automation. The first hire will build and deploy agents using Claude and Copilot Studio, collaborating with operations, sales, finance, and other teams to identify manual workflows to automate.

You will create scalable templates, guardrails, and playbooks to safely bring agents into production and measure time savings across the business.

Qualifications

• Built AI agents or automations in daily use with low-code tools (Copilot Studio) or code (Python/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, context design, retrieval and evaluating agent output.
• Integrated with REST APIs, servers, connectors, and enterprise authentication.
• Typically 4+ years in a business-facing technical role (solutions engineering/consulting, automation, platform delivery).
• Able to learn and optimize finance or sales workflows through hands-on collaboration.
• Knowledge of security/privacy reviews before production use of agents.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with teams to map painful workflows and identify agent-savings opportunities.
• Convert ideas into a ranked backlog with clear next steps (build/assist/leave).
• Estimate running costs for agents, including licenses and tokens, with guardrails for safe go-live.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automation using Claude and Copilot Studio.
• Create champions across the business and develop templates and playbooks for safe agent use.
• Maintain an agent registry with ownership, data sources, and access; evaluate new tools when requested.
