Job summary

Beazley Security is seeking an experienced AI agent developer to scale automation across teams. You will build agents in Claude and Copilot Studio, pilot them with business users, and measure time saved while teaching teams to create their own solutions.

You will lead workshops, shape a prioritized backlog, and ensure security and privacy guardrails are in place as production-ready agents go live. This role reports to the CTO and has potential to grow the team.

Qualifications

• You’ve built AI agents or automations that are in daily use with low-code tools like Copilot Studio or with code (Python, TypeScript, and the Claude API).
• Hands-on experience with prompt and context design, retrieval, tool use, and evaluating agent output, and you know where LLMs fail.
• Integrated with REST APIs, MCP servers, connectors, and enterprise authentication.
• Four+ years in a business-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, solutions consulting, business analysis, automation, or platform delivery.
• Able to learn finance or sales workflows and build improvements.
• You know when a use case needs a security or privacy review and can estimate agent running costs.
• You’ve run workshops for non-technical audiences and write clearly.
• You’d rather ship a small working agent than endlessly planning a big one.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with teams to map painful workflows and identify automation opportunities that save hours.
• Turn AI ideas into a ranked backlog with clear build/assist/maintain decisions.
• Estimate run costs including licensing and tokens; bring in Security, IT, Legal, or Privacy when needed.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Claude Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Build champions, run hands-on sessions, and create templates for safe self-builds.
• Maintain an agent inventory with owners, data sources, and access; evaluate new tools.
